The Papillon(“Butterfly”) was originally designed by Henri Vuitton in 1966. The rounded shape with two straps is supposed to take the form and spirit of the butterfly! This is an adorable bag that can hold a lot and is carefree - NO VACHETTA to worry about!
Made in 1995 and still in excellent condition! The exterior canvas look nice and free from cracks. The handles and trim have light wear and rubs but not bad for 27 years old. The chaps are sturdy. The hardware has light wear. The inside is clean. No odor.
