provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund of the purchase
price. The returned item will be destroyed for accountability.

All items are shipped 1-2 business days after payments are cleared. We ship by UPS or USPS. Signature is required. Our regular shipment days are Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
