In the 1970s, Louis Vuitton embarked on a partnership with an American luggage company, the French Company. This allowed The French Company to produce and distribute Louis Vuitton bags from 1976 to 1991, with a slightly distinct style from the traditional French designs and a uniquely labeled paper tag affixed within. French Company pieces are highly sought after and a great investment for any collector; these items are becoming increasingly rare and valuable, so don't miss the chance to add one to your collection.

This French Company document holder has stood the test of time. The canvas is unbelievably sturdy and beautiful. No cracks or rubs. Slight creasing can be seen but overall looks great. There might be a couple loose threads but doesn't affect use. It has a spacious interior large enough to hold a standard laptop. The inside has light rubs at the bottom corner but overall in great shape. The hardware has darkened from age. Zipper pull is Talon brand which is indicative of pre 1980's manufacturing. Zipper works properly. There's no foul odor.

We inspect each bag to ensure that it has authentic materials, hardware, lining, lettering & embossing, codes, cards, packaging and features.

experience. In case of any concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased
from our site, we offer a full refund, including shipping costs, if it is
determined to be inauthentic by an established authentication expert.
Documentation from the expert must be provided.

To initiate a return:

1) Contact a trained authentication expert to have your item
authenticated. Request a written statement of their findings.

2)  Send a copy of
their findings to our team by email

3) We will contact the authenticator to confirm the
findings. If the final determination is the item is not authentic, we will
provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund of the purchase
price. The returned item will be destroyed for accountability.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All items are shipped 1-2 business days after payments are cleared. We ship by UPS or USPS. Signature is required. Our regular shipment days are Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
