Can I make Returns or Exchanges?
All the items are preowned, used and/or vintage and are sold in “as is” condition therefore no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
We have provided detailed descriptions and photos to help you make an informed decision on your purchase. Please read the full product descriptions and view all the photos and ask any concerns before purchasing.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival. Should you find fault in the authenticity of any items shipped to you, please contact us immediately and return consideration will be given with proof of inauthenticity from a professional authentication company.

Are your products authentic?
We take careful measures to confirm an item's authenticity before placing it on our site for sale. Each designer handbag is inspected from top to bottom to ensure it meets all of authenticity standards before it is sent to you. We inspect each bag to ensure that it has authentic materials, hardware, lining, lettering & embossing, codes, cards, packaging and features.
RETURNS FOR AUTHENTICITY REASONS
We strive to provide customers with a secure shopping
experience. In case of any concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased
from our site, we offer a full refund, including shipping costs, if it is
determined to be inauthentic by an established authentication expert.
Documentation from the expert must be provided.
To initiate a return:
1) Contact a trained authentication expert to have your item
authenticated. Request a written statement of their findings.
2) Send a copy of
their findings to our team by email pomsbags@gmail.com
3) We will contact the authenticator to confirm the
findings. If the final determination is the item is not authentic, we will
provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund of the purchase
price. The returned item will be destroyed for accountability.

How long will it take to ship my order?
All items are shipped 1-2 business days after payments are cleared. We ship by UPS or USPS. Signature is required. Our regular shipment days are Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
You will receive shipment notification via email when your package has made its way to you.
